How it works
Three movements
Each session moves through Attend, Receive, and Carry, following the arc of Jacob wrestling at the ford. You decide when to move; a button appears after a few exchanges.
One question at a time
Providence asks a single question. You respond with whatever is true. There is no right answer and no pace to keep. Stay as long as there is something to sit with.
Two ways to engage
Examine is close and specific: word by word, image by image. Dwell is open and spacious: room to absorb without analysis. Choose before you begin, or switch mid-session from the sidebar.
